You will receive a tracking number for your shipment. You will be kept informed by email during the shipping process. Orders can be shipped in multiple packages. Time indications are expressed in working days.
SLOANE undertakes to refund any purchased items returned within 14 days of the delivery date provided that the return conditions have been respected, which in short means that the item is in its original and complete packaging and condition (not worn, nor used, stained or damaged) was returned to us. Once the package is opened, you cannot cancel the purchase.
IMPORTANT: Purchases made during the sale/promotion will not be returned, exchanged or refunded.
We are a small business. We must ask the buyer to take care of the return shipping. Before returning the item, please email us: [email protected] with your order number, address and whether you would like a refund or exchange.
Once your return has been received and verified, we will send you an email to notify you of your refund. Your refund will then be processed within a minimum number of days.
